This is a four mile round-trip hike to visit beautiful waterfalls and swimming holes. Blue trail blazes mark the way. The hike follows an old road as it gradually ascends Cherrytown Mountain to a series of waterfalls that drop approximately 30 feet in four stages. Access the trails on Upper Cherrytown Road or Trails End Road in Kerhonkson. Kerhonkson, lat=41.87194, lon= -74.37083. Once you arrive at the waterfalls, enjoy the sun and the warm rocks or enjoy a cold dip in the flowing waters that lead to the Rondout Creek.
