Making Fudge with Nest Egg in Phoenicia

There are many types of fudge, including: s'mores, red velvet, rocky road, dulce de leche, mint chocolate swirl, dark chocolate caramel with sea salt, and dark chocolate raspberry swirl. 1. After preparing the vanilla fudge in the fudge kettle, I begin to separate the fudge into smaller increments to make all of the different flavors.

2. I am adding broken, cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies to start the cookies 'n cream fudge.

3. I make sure to scrape along the bottom of the bowl to get the cookies mixed all throughout the fudge.

 

2a. Just added maple to a bowl full of vanilla fudge. All the maple is stirred throughout the fudge.

4. After pouring the fudge into a pan, the fudge will then set overnight.

5. Final steps involve adding mini Oreo’s for decoration to the cookies 'n cream fudge.
