How to make AUTUMN APPLE CAKE

BEAT TIL’ CREAMY:

• 2 eggs

• 2 cups sugar

• 1/2 cup butter

COMBINE WITH:

• 3 cups flour

• 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon

• 2 tsp baking soda

• 4 cups raw chopped apples

THEN:

Pour into 9x13 or bundt pan. Bake at 350° degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
