- .5 oz 151 rum
- 1 oz Black Button Bourbon Cream
- 1 oz Kahlúa
- Coffee
- Topped with salted caramel whip
Salted Caramel Whip:
- Kosher salt
- Caramel melted down
- Heavy whipping cream
In a glass mug, rim the glass with sugar. Add in the 151 rum & light it. Rotate the glass to caramelize the sugar. Put in a couple dashes of nutmeg & cinnamon. Add in the Kahlúa and bourbon cream, along with the coffee. Leave a little room for the whipped cream. Layer the whip on top, and sprinkle a touch more nutmeg & cinnamon.
