This family-fun tradition since 1886 features midway rides and games, live music and entertainment, Wednesday night fireworks, truck and tractor pulls, horse and livestock shows, horse pulls, exhibits, demonstrations, vendors and favorite fair food.
Daily entertainment includes racing pigs, an educational petting zoo, interactive Cowboy Circus and "Ultimate Stilt Walker" Carrie McQueen.
Headline concert acts are Lee Greenwood, Thunder Ridge, Kentucky Headhunters, Thompson Square, and tributes to Bruce Springsteen and Garth Brooks.
Pay-one-price admission (includes rides, entertainment & parking): $50/carload Aug. 1 (up to 8 occupants); $20 ($18 online) Aug. 2-6; free for ages 62+ Aug. 2-3 till 4 pm. Kids under 36" tall are admitted free (rides not included).
