Ladies and little ladies, moms and daughters, welcome to a super awesome, wonderful, amazing, beautiful, soulful, fun mother/daughter all inclusive farm luxe retreat. Gilbertsville Farmhouse is a family business and so, naturally, we are all about family here. Our farm is a huge part of our lives and it has played a major role in strengthening our family bond. Our Mother/Daughter retreat is an awesome experience and a great way to spend quality time with your daughter, granddaughter or niece. Come to our farm, experience the beauty of country living and get in some meaningful girl-time.
As a business run by family, we know the value of quality time and the rarity of it as well. We want to share some of our quality time with you guys. Join me (Sharon) and my daughters from Tuesday to Thursday for a special retreat filled with memory-building activities and down time. Don’t worry mom, getting your daughters to this retreat will be easy with the activities we have planned. You don’t have to worry about anything. Just get ready to earn the “Best Mom” award after this one.
Arrive on Tuesday and check in to you’re beautiful luxe glamping tent or farmhouse suite. Chico, our mini-donkey will welcome you with some cold beverages and some bubbly ones for Mama. After you are settled, meet us down by the barn for a sunset goat yoga session. At 9pm we will have a communal dinner in the barn and get acquainted. We’ll play some games and get all the girls to make new friends and all the moms to bond over wine and motherhood – the world’s two greatest gifts. After, head back to your tent for some R&R, also we have a little surprise for you (you’re welcome.)
Wednesday morning, breakfast will be served at 8:30 in the barn. At 9:30 we’ll all go in the barn and help Katie do some chores. And by that we mean, roll around with baby goats, taking selfies and mushing faces while looking up at Katie like, ‘whaaaaaat - isn't this helping?’ (She lovessssss it.) At 11am moms and daughters will have a shot at making bath and lip products with a local cosmetic chemist! Moms, bellinis will be served. Don’t refuse, you know you want it, its farm time, just relax! 1-4pm free time to sit pondside, nap, read, and explore. Optional massages, mani-pedis, and make-up lessons available. At 4pm, we’ll come back to the barn for hip-hop yoga, a fun, beginner-friendly class. Naaaaaa-what I’m sayin’? Dinner will be served at 6pm, followed by bonfire and entertainment.
On Thursday breakfast will be served at 8:30 and check-out is at 11am. Your daughters will love you, if not my daughters will. Seriously, we love making new friends and enjoy the retreats just as much as you do. We can’t wait to show you.
Our 125 acre farm is located in central New York, just 3.5 hours from NYC and is a stunner. Gilbertsville Farmhouse operated primarily as a wedding venue and is absolutely gorgeous, with views in every direction. You will dine in our chandelier-filled barn and visit our animals in our adorable goat barn. We have a small herd of nigerian dwarf goats, an alpaca named Al-Pacacino, a mini-donkey named Chico, a tiny little sheep named Pepe, barn cats, chickens, turkeys and two majestic-looking Great Pyrenees dogs, Magnolia & Duke.

GLAMPING TENTS: PRICE - $850.00 total covers Mom and daughter. You will stay in our highly acclaimed glamping tents, each with a king-sized bed, luxury bedding, electricity, beautiful decor and a well appointed bathhouse with rainshowers. FARMHOUSE SUITES: PRICE - $950.00 total covers Mom and daughter. You will stay in the brand new suites in our farmhouse. Each suite has a king-sized bed and private bathroom/shower.

DINNER: Spring mix salad, chicken siciliana, haddock in lemon butter, eggplant marinara, penne with pesto sauce, fresh green beans, freshly baked dinner rolls, iced tea/lemonade.
PRICE: $850.00 covers both Mom and Daughter in one (1) glamping tent with one (1) king-sized bed, all meals, drinks, snacks and all activities.
$950.00 covers both Mom and Daughter in one (1) farmhouse suite with one (1) king-sized bed, all meals, drinks, snacks and all activities.
UPON BOOKING: $425.00 is paid at booking. You will next receive an email requesting your lodging option. The balance of $425.00 (or $525.00 for farmhouse suites) due 40 days before retreat date.
