Featuring all your holiday favorites including Spinach Oven Roasted Atlantic Salmon with White Wine-Dijon Sauce, Ricotta & Mozzarella Lasagna, Pan Seared Chicken Breast with a Lemon Caper Cream Sauce, Rosemary & Roasted Garlic Marinated Flank Steak, and Spiced Pork Loin. With a great selection of sides, the Buffet also includes Potato Leek Soup, a variety of salads and the chef’s selection of Desserts.
