The Original Rhinebeck Artist's Shop has been a fixture on Market Street in Rhinebeck for over 30 Years. Three years ago it was purchased by Doug Shippee a working artist who holds an MFA in painting from Indiana University. In the past three years we have seen steady growth and we have opened a new store in New Paltz. Both of our stores attract visitors from all over the country who are astounded to find such great selection at such low prices in relatively small towns. They often mention much bigger towns which have nothing that even comes close to what our stores have to offer. Both our stores have thriving custom picture frame shops.
