At Henry's Farm to Table, we draw upon the legendary bounty of the Hudson River Valley, sourcing as many ingredients as possible from local farms and artisan food producers and purveyors. Cheese, meats and poultry come from nearby farms such as Coach Farm, Taliaferro Farms and John Fazio Farms. Many organic fruits, vegetables and herbs are grown on-site at our Millstone Farm. Those that are not grown at Millstone come from right down the road at the seventh generation owned and operated Hepworth Farm. At Henry's local isn't a trend, it's a mantra.
