The third in a series of presentations about Woodstock’s Zero-Carbon Initiative. For the past four years, Woodstock’s carbon dioxide contribution from governmental sources has been carefully tracked, and this year Woodstock can claim that it has achieved net zero carbon dioxide.
Ken Panza, Woodstock Town Councilman, has been working on Woodstock’s Carbon Neutral Incentive for the past three years. He has a BS in electrical engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Illinois.
