World-renowned jazz guitarist Bucky Pizzarelli (Frank Sinatra, Rosemary Clooney, Benny Goodman) has been performing with his former student Ed Laub for the past 12 years. As a duo, they perform all over the US and Canada in clubs, concert halls and jazz festivals. They combine instrumental and vocal arrangements with an emphasis on the Great American Songbook as well as some of the classic 1930s guitar duos made popular by Carl Kres/Dick McDonough, Eddie Lang and George Smith.
Tickets are $24 in advance ($20 for Unison members) and $26 at the door ($22 members). Students are half price with a valid ID. Tickets can be purchased online at unisonarts.org or by calling 845-255-1559.
