The Barn of Terror, a seasonal Halloween entertainment, opens for its fourteenth season on September 30th in Lake Katrine, NY at the Boice Farm.
Recently named one of the “Top Ten Haunted Houses in New York State” by USA Today, The Barn of Terror opens every night starting at 7pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from September 30th to October 30th .
The Barn of Terror offers guests the chance to experience the Halloween
season with many great scares and fun. Over the years, The Barn of Terror has added new features, and today there are over a half dozen major attractions including 8 Rooms of unnatural Barn frights, the shocking Silo, double-dare mineshaft, the horrors of the cemetery, the Freaks of Cornville, the maze of fear, and the Kobbe family...
Food and refreshments are available on site.
This year The Barn of Terror’s theme is ‘The Corn Master is not alone…’ The Barn of Terror employs approximately 35 employees part time, and its attendance and popularity has steadily grown over 14 years attracting thousands of visitors each season.
The Barn of Terror, although a family entertainment, may not be suitable for young children and those with mobility challenges.
