The city of Hudson, New York, will host the fifth annual RAMP FEST HUDSON, a gastronomic celebration of the arrival of spring’s first forageable delicacy. Abundant in the Hudson Valley and a perennial member of the onion family, the arrival of the ramp marks the advent of spring. During the festival, ramps will be at the center of original dishes created by top chefs and restaurants from upstate New York and New York City.
