This workshop addresses chronic back pain, stress, sports injuries, arthritis, and much more. This day package includes all Tame Your Pain/ Tame Your Stress sessions along with 4 meals for $390* per adult (tax and gratuity additional).This rate includes: Program fee, dinner on Friday, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday.
