Hardeman Orchards Farm Market "the Big Red Barn" on Route 199, 1/2 mile west of the village of Red Hook is now open Sat., Sun. and Mon. each week from 9am to 6pm. Columbus Day weekend is the perfect time to take a hay ride to the orchard and pick your own apples. A large selection of pumpkins, too! They also have baskets of all our own variety of apples and plums in the market ready picked and waiting for you! While visiting enjoy some fresh homemade Apple-Cider Donuts, as well as some hot mulled cider. Mmmm! Take home their own fresh pressed and bottled apple cider (no preservatives). Select from the local honey and maple syrup display and shop for seasonal veggies - varieties of squash, eggplant, potatoes, sweet potatoes, red & white onions, tomatoes and cucumbers.
