On Saturday, March 28th, 2015 from 5PM-9PM at Roy C. Ketcham High School, 99 Myers Corners Road, in Wappingers Falls, NY, "Coast 2 Coast: Dance Across America" will be holding their first annual Tricky Tray! If you haven't heard of a Tricky Tray before, it's very similar to a traditional "Penny Social," but we raffle off only brand new themed baskets and gift cards! If you're a sports memorabilia fan, a jewelry lover, a theme park thrill seeker, and even a food connoisseur-- we have it all! Not to mention there will be dance performances from local dance studios, dinner available to satisfy your taste-buds, and over 200 of the best raffle items around! Admission to this event is only $5-- which includes your first sheet of raffle tickets! You can also visit with 100.7 WHUD's Family Fun Crew for your chance to register to win!
All proceeds from the event will support our New York based 501(c) 3 Not-for-Profit, "Coast 2 Coast: Dance Across America, Inc." The funds raised from our events benefit the national tour, as well as helping to provide scholarships to deserving dancers across the nation! Each year during National Dance Week, the Coast 2 Coast Crew travels from home in New York to the West Coast and teaches a free dance class at 18+ dance studios nationwide. After students participate in their class, the crew offers scholarships to help children continue dance at their home studios! Not only do we promote the health and fitness side of dance, but our organization encompasses the ideals of persistence, perseverance, passion, and positivity. Coast 2 Coast proves that ordinary people can achieve extraordinary things. "Our goal is to encourage everyone to live, love, laugh, and Never Give Up! We will do this one dance step at a time, Coast 2 Coast: Dance Across America!"
