Cuban-American guitarist Rene Izquierdo and Italian mandolinist Carlo Aonzo will delight audiences with an evening of classical music on May 30th.

Rene Izquierdo has performed throughout the world, receiving wide critical acclaim for his performances. He is recognized as one of America's classical guitar virtuosos, having won awards and competitions and shared the stage with many prestigious musicians. He is currently a professor of classical guitar at the University of Wisconsin.

Carlo Aonzo, a native of Savona, Italy, followed the family tradition of studying mandolin with his father, then with Ugo Orlandi at Padova's Conservatory of Music. He founded and conducts the Italian Mandolin Academy Orchestra and regularly performs and tours all over the world.

Tickets are $22 in advance ($18 for Unison members) and $24 at the door ($20 for members). Students are half price with a valid ID.
