In the ancient tradition of yoga, there are 7 main energy centers of the body called Chakras. Working with watercolors, gentle movement and a mindful awareness of breath and body, participants in this workshop will explore the flow of energy in each of the chakras. Discover how the creative process can bring a sense of relaxation and renewed vitality into your life.
Susan Shanti Gibian is an artist, teacher and meditation practitioner whose work focuses on living from the wisdom of the heart. She has been teaching art for over 20 years and continues to share her passion and enthusiasm for the creative process through workshops and classes.
