Kevin Quilty is the honoree. Lions Club is the music. Country style appetizers will feature "the best ham biscuits you ever ate" with assorted cheeses, fruits and vegetables.Dinner will consist of beef burgundy served alongside of horseradish infused mashed potatoes and a salad of mixed spring greens and pickled beets. Served buffet style on a continuous basis 7:00 ~ 8:30pm. Dessert of, "Olde Ulster Apple Cake" with dried cherries, served with whipped cream. Coffee, tea, and non alcoholic punch to drink. Wine, beer, and hard cider for donation.
