Back by popular demand, Crafts at Purchase returns October 28 & 29, 2017 to The Performing Arts Center at Purchase College. Excited to start holiday shopping but don’t know where to begin? This unique fine craft shopping event features 100 elite artists and offers outstanding uncommon items perfect for discerning gift shoppers, collectors and craft enthusiasts. Visitors will enjoy the exclusive opportunity to meet these exceptional makers and purchase their latest work.
Crafts at Purchase, Westchester County’s only indoor fine craft show, is set creatively on the stage and in the lobbies of the award winning Performing Arts Center at Purchase College and is a benefit for this world-class arts venue. The show will include one-of-a-kind and limited edition: jewelry, clothing and accessories, home decor pieces, as well as functional and sculptural works in ceramics, glass, metal, painting, photography, wood and mixed media some of which has never before been seen in Westchester. New this year, Crafts at Purchase will also host a small curated selection of gourmet specialties sure to delight your taste buds.
Crafts at Purchase is directed by Artrider Productions the creators and producers of Crafts at Lyndhurst, Westchester's nationally acclaimed craft show series in Tarrytown, as well as several other of the nation's most successful fine craft shows such as the Rhinebeck Crafts Festival, CraftWestport, and CraftMorristown. Crafts at Purchase is produced in conjunction with The Prompters, The Center's volunteer corps, and all proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Performing Arts Center.
Show hours are Saturday, October 28 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, October 29 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $10, seniors (65 and up) are $9, SUNY Purchase students are $5 and children under 15 are free.
